MBGH Luxury Cabinetry ("MBGH", "we", "us") installs kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities for contractors, builders and homeowners in Panama City Beach and West Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through mbghluxurycabinetry.com, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to answer your request and run our website:
- Quote requests: company or contractor name, phone, email, the service you need, pickup, delivery or job site address, preferred schedule, whether you already have the cabinets, your notes and, if you upload them, your project plans in PDF.
- Reviews: your name, rating and comment. If we approve your review, we publish it with your first name and the initial of your last name only.
- Technical data: like most websites, our server records your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the date and time, to keep the site secure and stop spam.
- Usage data from Google Analytics, described below under "Cookies and analytics".
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Answer your request, prepare your quote and schedule site measurements, deliveries or installations.
- Contact you by phone, email or text message about your project.
- Publish approved reviews on our website.
- Protect the website against spam and abuse.
- Understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Your project plans
PDF plans you upload are stored in a private area of our server that is not publicly accessible. Only authorized MBGH staff, signed in with their own account, can download them, and we use them only to quote and carry out your project.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit the website and which pages they view. Google Analytics uses cookies (such as _ga) to tell visits apart. We do not use advertising cookies. Our website also saves a few necessary preferences in your browser, such as your language and, for our staff, their login session; these are not used to track you.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will keep working.
Third-party content and links
Some of our project videos are shown from YouTube, TikTok or Instagram. When those videos load, those platforms may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. The WhatsApp button and our social media links take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
When we share information
Your information is seen by the MBGH team that handles your request. We also rely on service providers that host our website and deliver our email, only so they can provide those services to us. We may disclose information if the law requires it. We never sell it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to answer your request, carry out your project and keep normal business records, or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to customer information is limited to our staff through personal accounts with defined permissions. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Write to us at the email below and we will answer as soon as possible.
Children
Our website is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
